Returns
At Peshawer Import, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (unless defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
